School & District Purchase Orders

 

Step 1: Request a Quote (Optional)

  • Need a quote before submitting a purchase order?                                                                    Email: michelle@makesenseofmath.com

  • A W-9 form is also available upon request.

Step 2: Submit Your Purchase Order

Email your approved PO to michelle@makesenseofmath.com

 Please include:

  • School or district name

  • School/district address

  • Name and contact information of the purchasing employee

  • Products requested (title or link)

  • Number of teacher licenses needed (discounts available for 5+ licenses)

  • Accounts payable contact email

  • Teacher email(s) for those receiving access

Step 3: Invoice & Access

  • Once your PO (with a purchase order number) is received, you’ll get an invoice with payment instructions.

  • Access details will then be emailed to the purchasing employee and teacher(s) listed on the order.
